Okay, so the context is the villain Psycomedian is an early tv-style comedian who probably isn't directly referencing Jerry Lewis but isn't not referencing him whose schtick is his wears a clown nose during his act and honks it to accentuate his punchlines. (aside: he'd be great playing Joke Boat) He gets villainized when his pitch to make a serious movie gets shot down because it's legitimately bad and also his cringey advice to improve Marinette's love life goes exactly as you'd expect. His villain gimmick is that anyone who sees him honk his nose automatically acts out a particular emotion (eg laughter, crying, anger) uncontrollably. So the premise of this image is that Cat Noir, who has spent most of season 4 getting increasingly frustrated about being Very Good Friendzoned, has taken the nose and is now making Ladybug, who was hit by the power in the episode to be all-the-time angry, to experience nymphomania as an emotion.

Season 4 is a trip, y'all.
