A gif I created from Vivi's special attack in the game One Piece: Treasure Battle. I'm surprised no one ever did make one, so I figured I might as well given how much I loved that attack/outfit for Vivi.

There is one on here of this but this one has better quality, but the other one seems to be lacking the banner and text at the start

-sigh- Why couldn't Vivi ever be playable in Pirate Warriors?

I mean, we got to fight evil hypno'd Robin in 2, but damn it playing as Miss Wednesday in any one of the games would have been amazing.
