Some time ago i decided to put the soft translation that was here on the hub and put it on physically.
will take a while to get the whole thing on here so if there is any tips or suggestions that you guys can give me to make this look better for next time that would be nice.

I used GIMP and wrote a script/plugin to cut up (any image) into individual panels. I also used layers to keep everything organized.
The text background box can be made by using a clear black to solid black gradient. I tried to keep it as close to the same size as the one in the image...a bit more opaque though - that way you can better conceal the Japanese text. You can then use the same text background box for each panel that you make.
I like to use colors to distinguish different character speech. (I usually got the color's from the character's eye color.)

My programming knowledge is zero so i can't do scripts and stuff but i'll take your other advice to heart for next time.
I didn't want to obstruct the outfits the girls were wearing but that may not matter.
