This took a little longer, but I really wanted to make it as good as I could. The original image was commissioned by my friend, Icontrol. But since the artist didn't do a hypno version of this, I got Icontrol's permission to manip this. The tiara on Serafall's head is the perfect wedding(hypno) accessory, and since it is heart shaped I went with heart eyes. Now that's an "I do" anyone would do, fufu!!
