Japanese-wise Yulia and Yuria don't really matter since they use the same characters for words with an R or an L. even more... I'm sure her real name must to be Julia but japanese don't have a way to write it.

Lol, my teammate on the project I'm working insists that it be translated as Yuria, whereas I localize it as Julia. Glad to know I'm not alone.
