I suppose it would depend on how knowledgeable she is whether it's consensual. If she knew what would happen and was saying "healing" as a euphemism then it would be consensual. If she was mislead into wearing the collar not realizing what she would be used for, then it would not be consensual.

My intention was that she knows what's up with how she will be used, at least in the short term. I think it's still hard in a more philosophical / moral sense to understand consenting to something that might not give you the opportunity to revoke consent later. If a collar like that existed in the real world, folks would probably not be cool with those being used for an unspecified length of time without granting the people using them an out if they no longer want it, even if they consented to putting it on initially.
