The thing about that is there is a way to filter it.
I have "explicit" rated posts filtered out on my black list so that it only shows the "safe" and "questionable" rated posts.
All you have to do is put "rating:explicit" (without the quotes, of course) and all the explicit rated posts will be hidden. You can search for various ratings the same way. Just type: "rating:questionable, safe, etc."
There's also a feature in options where you called "Safe Only Listing" where you only see the safe rated posts. So rating posts like this the wrong way is actually pretty rude to those of us who are making use of the rating system.
There are fairly clear criteria laid out for which posts get which ratings on the "Help" page of the Hub.

Please rate posts properly. It does matter. If you need help... well there's a page for that.

Anyway what I meant to say was there's a feature on the "Options" page of our accounts. This feature is called "Safe Only Listing" and it does what it says it does.
