A little bit out of practice, a bit rough around the edges, overworking my back to pain a few weeks back probably didn't help things either. Anyway, I've had this living rent-free in my head ever since I beat Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Just didn't find the motivation to draw it until now. (Originally posted 4-24-22)
You know what, may as well drop the story here too, since the version of this image on e621 is likely going to time out:
"Having the ability to go anywhere and anywhen is a pretty useful ability. After journeying across this partially abandoned world I found a chinchilla-like creature named Elfilin. I saw... some things that happened in the near future for him and wanted to prevent it. At least, after having Maya calm me down enough for me to actually use my powers again.
I honestly don't care if that thing tries hunting me, I won't let any harm come to Elfilin. The others have already started treating him as a part of the family, thankfully. I just hope that it can't open those rifts beyond the veil of its reality.
Some would refer to this as kidnapping a being from across the multiverse. But my motivation is simply getting Elfilin as far away from danger as possible. Something like what this guy would've gone through would traumatize anyone. ... Then again, I probably just created another timeline split by doing this..."
