Nice, but whether it qualifies as hypnosis or not is somewhat ambiguous. Glowing eyes without showing any loss of control can have any number of causes. She could have telekinesis, or someone is reading her mind, but there is no blatant hypnosis.

"she's the one doing the controlling" of whom? It's not obvious she's hypnotizing anyone, not even pov. For all any viewer can tell, she's just wearing glowing contact lenses. It's just as feasible as hypnosis when there's no context given.
