I... don't think Geas work like that.

I'm not completely sure, but don't the orders need to be delivered at the same time as eye contact?

Each Geass works differently, and that's not Lelouch.

To add to what hypnotoad already said, the initial/eye-contact command is a variant of "Obey me" ("From now on, you are commanded by me"), thus it works fine even with Lelouch's Geass.
