Seems like the source also tags it as hypnosis, which is usually good enough for this site. You could also argue the blankish eyes to an extent as well; not sure if thatsto indicate hypnotism or just the artists style on drawing eyes.

The context is, her friend hypnotized her to believe she's a man, so he can touch her breasts and she just thinks it's two bros playing around. It's in the translation of the artist's original comment which, while not on Pixiv, is available on the boorus. This has been a favourite of mine for a while, so I have it bookmarked. The other recent b-ginga upload, the girl with the brown hair in the bath, is the guy's boss hypnotized to think she's a man, and therefore comfortable sharing the men's washroom with him.
