Another fanart because i'm on shredder's revenge hype. This time based on the super rocksteady and mighty bebop episode. In that episode a radio wave hypnotize people and turned them into mindless drones, but eventually the antenna start to fail and people is hypnotized to age regress to kids, the believe to be dogs and finally monkeys, this was one of my inspirations for my "wild hypno town" game, (and the megaman battle network magic man episode). This picture would be what would happen if the Antenna don't stop and the reporters are stuck on their monkeys mindsets for a while. Looks like the monkeys started to feel unconfortable wearing clothes. They're aoes after all, nothing but little primates without memories about their human lives, all the concept of nudity or cloth are locked in a deep sleep. "oooh oooh aaah aaah" is all the oral language in their minds.
