Context: I originally posed this scene as a gif a couple years ago as a gif but this scene is based off the episode "The Unknown", where clone trooper Tup is accidentally given Order 66 by an unknown person/force. Throughout the episode looks at Tiplar and Tiplee with dilated eyes however when commanded by Rex,Fives, Anakin or other clones he snaps out of his trance like gaze. After killing Tiplar, Tup is interrogated by both his brothers and Anakin. When Rex reminds Tup of killing General Tiplar, his eyes become dilated and he remains in a tranced state repeated "Good Soldiers Follow Orders" '

@VG_Climp: As far as I remember, Tup suffers from a serious head injury/concussion during battle, which accidentially triggers the Inhibitor biochip that brainwashes clones to execute Order 66 even against their will.
