Having read the doujin in question, it wasn't a camera flash, it was a combination of various factors, but the main one was the incense that was being burned.

Just make an account on E-hentai. You can find it with a simple Google search. Then go on exhentai.org or click on the link above.

Another way is to have the e-hentai account search exhentai plugin and download the plugin for firefox or chrome which will give you a direct login screen for exhentai.

I have an E-hentai account, I'm logged in on another tab, and it still gives me sadpanda.

Alternatively, copy the link, change the exhentai part to g.e-hentai, and go there.

problem with that is that you can't work the blacklist so all of the hidden tags will remain hidden, like most of the touhou dojins flagged loli.

You can't do it that way. Close the exhentai tab when you do it to be safe. Also, remember to clear your cookies before logging on to you E-hentai account.
