One Day while walking around one of his mother's old labs, Henry found a green gem that looks like that Zohar thing that his mother found a few years back. When he touch it, three girls appear in the nude and Henry decided to see if he can do anything with them using the gem that he just found. Using his Darkness powers, he put the girls under his control while giving them gloves and boots. Now he just need to get what he actually came here for and leave before 'they' appear.

This takes place before the current Henry and Kairi adventure.

I'll give you credit that you at least used the whole, intact core crystal in this instead of the segmented crystal when Rex became a core eater.

But There's a minor problem in that all three personalities can't exist together.

They can exist together since in the ending Pyra and Mythra were both summon from the core crystal.

But not Pneuma, who is the true personality, which is a fusion of Mythra and Pyra.

Actually, Pneuma was separated from Mythra and Pyra during the ending of Xenoblade 2 because she rewrote the two into the Core Crystal that she left for Rex.

In the Damien Omniverse, Rex doesn't exist and Henry's mother destroyed Alrest after getting what she needed. She used her own powers to make Pneuma, Mythra, and Pyra appear from the Core Crystal and study things about them. Then she just left them in the lab along with a few other Core Crystals and two guards to guard the Crystals. These Guards will appear when Henry and Kairi come back to the lab later.

That core crystal was her crystal, rewriting it means Pneumra deleted herself to save Mythra and Pyra.
