Honestly the kind of humor and style used for Rise isn't my cup of tea (for example, I don't like the new Leonardo at all), so I decided to avoid that entry. My favs tend to be the 2003 show, the original comic and the first movie haha.

So, what kind of hypno scenarios the show have?

@/IDPet he hypnotizes the turtles and other civilians for the most part. He was VERY close to hypnotizing April but failed.

You should take a look at the show. At lest view the
Hypnopotamus focused episodes
