After taking way too long to figure out that Yuuki is just Brendan's JP name, apparently Courtney x Brendan is a ship??? Never played ORAS so I guess you learn something new every day!

It's likely because of the manga Ruby and Courtney have scene together where he goes with her in one of the submarines during the big fight. (Plus they have OG Courtney blowing bubblegum bubbles and its adorable)
Even though Ruby x Sapphire is one of the closest canonical ships in all of Pokemon @.@
