Definitely not it. I disabled AdGuard for 30 seconds and it still didn't show up

it would seem i've forgotten the actual reason why it is. but there are many images that have this issue, and my understanding is they all have the same reason

Yeah if I disable my ublock and refresh the picture shows up, if I turn on ublock and refresh it disappears.

So its somehow been uploaded as being an ad image, even says so in its url path.
