From the newest Scooby Doo movie. The villains have escaped from prison and tries to steal candy from kids, but the gang disguises themselves as the villains and use their "powers against them". Harry the Hypnotist tries to hypnotize some kids but Shaggy using the Ghost Clown suit hypnotizes to them to attack Harry instead.

Never did I ever think I would bear witness to the Tall Man from Phantasm hypnotizing kids for Halloween candy only for Matthew Lillard to get fed up with society, become a risen up gamer, and hypnotize those same kids to beat up the Tall Man from Phantasm
