In our world theres enough Hypno pornography that every Pokmon fan with internet access knows that Hypno CAN be pervy/gross.

In the Pokmon world, Hypno isnt exactly a common Pokmon. Theres also the fact that Hypno as a Pokmon probably would not be seen as a sexual creature by everyone.
