I'll bite the bullet xD

While my Japanese is basically nonexistant, there seems to be a pun mixed in. "Sai nemuri", "sai" means rhinoceros and "nemuri" means sleep, also both words together kinda sounds likes "saimin" which is hypnosis so I'll just butcher them together and localized it to "Rhino-sis" :D

Sorry to burst your bubble, but looks like to me it's just hypnosis?

Sai () could have a bunch of meanings, and it's usually written in kanji instead of katakana to help differentiate what the person actually means. However when combined with , it is just , aka. Hypnosis/Hypnotism.

So probably something along the lines of 'Hololive Hypnosis Compilation Book.'
