Yeah no, it's not at all clear this is MC. There's literally nothing in the image to distinguish it from every other piece of porn where characters are acting vaguely out of character.

The artist can claim this is whatever they want to claim, but if the only evidence they're hypnotized is a description saying "they're hypnotized", then it doesn't belong on here.

It's called "unaware" where the person put under hypnotism acts like everything is normal but the audience viewing it knows that's not the case. It's like a hentai doujin I remember reading years ago where every student in an all girl's school were hypnotized to have sex during classes and/or dress in lewd attire but they all act like it's a completely mundane thing.

Unaware as a genre is really close to just being OOC, this in particular is really close to the line. Really the only thing that makes this MC is intent.
