I do love how Young Justice's answer to the constant "why don't the real superheroes solve everything" problem of sidekick/kid-hero focused shows was to just keep mind controlling them at every opportunity.
Season 1 finale? All the Justice League are mind controlled.
Season 2? The League's big hitters are off world under trial for all the atrocities they were mind controlled to do back in season 1.
And...don't Wondie and the other A-Listers get Anti-Lifed in one of the later ones?

#499131 Yes, they get anti-lifed in season three. The answer to why the ex-sidekicks have to get s--t done at the end of season four is that they're working a separate case.
