#499889 Usually Daemon Prince[ss]es have killed a bunch of people and soaked up tons of Warp energy, they aren't just random cultists. Although, if she actually managed to summon Tzeentch to the material world... that would be a feat worthy of Princehood.

It's probably just rampant mutation though, like what happens to the Tzeentchian Magisters who rule the planet of Q'sal.
