There's a page called Fakeyou.com , you can use character voices.

Just put the text and the voice gonna say it.

Yeah, sounds robotic and no emotion...sometimes, but sounds really clean to be honest.

If i remember, Mercy's voice is there, but i don't know who ZSnack get Ashe voice.
