I mostly see the helmets from jimmy nuetron but i never seen the coffee helmets from totaly spies.

I question why.

Honestly in my opinion, Im guessing since Jimmy Neutron was more of a widely recognizable series (No offense to Totally Spies), and since the device was featured more prominently in the movie, while this device was just from one episode, even if both devices were just one-time appearances in their respective seriess.
