You're right. The blonde Terra from Dissidia is fine but her having green hair makes way more sense for her. Because not only is that how she looked in the original Final Fantasy VI game, it fits with the fact she is half-esper and therefore would have some type of physical feature to reflect that part of her heritage. It's just better for her character.
