Tinkerbell had spent almost an entire year's worth of planning for tonight... Although, that thought felt wrong since this Mother's Day was technically decades before her inspirational high with the Americans.

The Queendom of the Fairies, much like Neverland, existed in a space outside the flow of time. Through the magical currents, fairies could enter the realm of mortals at any point they did not already exist.

For tonight, Tinkerbell had invited her Queen to a Mother's Day long past. A time of peace in a place that Tinkerbell held dearly in her heart; the Darling household, 1950. With the perfect mix of Valentine's & Mother's Day in her pouch, Tink hoped to confess the feelings she had held in her heart for what felt like an eternity.

Queen Clarion was no fool, of course. She knew the significance the Darling home held for her beloved tinker fairy. If the royal pixie had held to her wisdom, then she might have refused the blatant courting, but just this once... Clarion wanted to feel like a woman again. To not have to hold herself to a higher standard and just hold another fairy in her arms, consequences be damned.

So now, here Queen Clarion lay, next to her golden lover as pixie dust swirled around them in the crystal like light feature. Holding Tinkerbell's head to her chest, Clarion savoured the moment as she began to make her own plans for their future.

A/N: Okay, I admit the explanation that this happens later in the series is ridiculous, but dang it I tried.

This is the round off of the Mother's Day I commissioned from Pol last year... Not to say there won't be more. ^^
