I'm not a Fan of these "making the Veiwer Hypnotized" things. Mainly it never effects me and Only makes me Mad.

^I know how you feel. However, this isn't meant to be actual hypnosis towards the viewer. It took me a week or two of listening to actual hypnosis audio files in order to figure out how it's supposed to feel and what kind of state of mind I need to put myself in. This is nothing like that

Sorry, I don't really know how to explain it. One thing I will say is my expectations were way too high. I thought I was actually going to lose consciousness or not remember anything when in hypnosis. That is not the case, at least for me - then again I do have severe sleeping problems. With enough practice you'll get the hang of it, and everyone learns at a different rate so don't feel bad if you don't get it at first. Hypnosis is like a dance between the tist and the one being hypnotized, you just need to learn the steps
