Unfortunately, it isnt in Enlgish. You can try screencapturing and translating it via google but that takes too long. Author might have looked like he posted what happens in the game on his pixiv but it isnt. Its an entirely separate SAO hypnoharem story that uses assets that were made for this game. What happens ij this gif happens differently in the game.

I glanced over the files and I cant find any text unfortunately. Dont know what he made the game with either, so a proper English translation for the game outside of translating screenshots might be the only option.

Also, SAO Luxuria (which is the game) has a transcript mode that covers the scene but its behind hotkeys that feel random every time.
