This image context is basically the G-Man has Alyx hypnotized into being some sex crazed slut. The uploader/artist:lilgayboy uploaded and tagged the image with Mind Control and possession on Rule 34.

I'm pretty sure this is based off of Epistle 3's original script ending by Marc Laidlaw
If memory serves me right, the G-Man "takes" Alyx Vance and hires her. It's never disclosed if he took her by force or through mind controlling her.
