Not really sure about that last bit. Something about being a runaway girl? Maybe someone more experienced will have better luck with it :P

From the context of the complete product, it seems that there exists an internet forum where runaway girls look for someone who can provide them shelter or even allowance in exchange of sexual favors. Naturally, it would be needed for them to be at least of age of consent. But these girls (the blonde girl being the first and this one the second) had lied about their true age, which wouldn't be a problem for the protagonist since he was hoping for young girls to come to him anyways. Nevertheless, he is surprised/pleased that both girls ended being really young. What he is literally saying in the last sentence is: "Runaway girls are becoming of lower age, huh", but that would sound weird in English, right?

How about "Runaway girls are younger these days, huh"? Not perfect, but it seems close and it gets the message across.
