AceIce: Meu-syeu Shoo-shut will get you close enough! Some of those French phonemes are hard to handle, and harder to intuit from the spelling.

I did find some links but the Hub doesn't want me to post them... Just look up "Monsieur" and "Chuchoter" on Wikitionary and you should find audio files.

For "Chuchoter" (the unconjugated verb) you'll just want to ignore the final "ey" syllable to get the pronunciation in my username.
