This is from volume 1 of the manga: "" based on the web novel of the same name. You can find the web novel for free on syosetu. There is no english version of either afaict.

The protagonist has a skill that lets him brainwash anyone with just eye contact, but the brainwashing breaks if he touches them, so he uses it to make women undress for him and he faps to them (what a premise?). When the Demon Lord threatens the world, he decides he can use his skill to defeat them and get women properly while enjoying himself.

In this scene he has just used his skill to brainwash a demon and is going to have her strip so he can enjoy himself.

So much for trying to put JP into a comment. Have the romaji instead I guess? The transliterated title is "kuzu ged no ore wa, senn sukiru de bishjo o nugasu koto ni shita."

Oh my god it dropped the long vowels I got from the romaji converter. Just take this "kuzu gedou no ore ha, sennou sukiru de bishoujo wo nugasu koto ni shita."
