Full breakdown of what is actually going on in this image since people people seem to be confused. This is Yang, after being brainwashed by Neo. Her hair is dyed to Neo's colors but you can still see her blond hair underneath. The screen in the back uses references to various shipping names. In short, it says that she is: Being made to be attracted to her sister, had her old memories deleted, made to be Neo's slutty slave, and made to be a dominatrix towards Ruby.
