I didn't see it the first few times either, then I read the desc and comments on the source and... it might ruin the pic for you, unfortunately.

Is there a milder tag that's similar to Nightmare Fuel? I'd consider this more of "Weird Anatomy", than the usual levels of mind-bendingly disturbed. The strangeness is barely noticeable if you don't know to look for it, and nothing else in the picture is really all that disturbing (and even "that" is more just...weird).

This discussion has been had before. Everyone has a different idea of what is disturbing and even just having a single tag is barely justifiable. Subdividing it further is not tenable as a publicly-agreed tagging scheme, because the tag is so subjective to begin with.

There's a bunch of stuff tagged nightmare_fuel on this site that I find way less creepy than this, and that's okay. Less than 0.4% of the images on the site have the tag, and as long as they're all in what a typical person might consider the 1% creepiest images on the site, I don't see an issue.
