1-3 are really irrelevant to these - no cohesive story, no hypnosis, mostly just foot tickling

"candy" is too non-specific to be a character tag. It either needs a last name or a copyright append.

it seemed to be the name of the original character - remove? add "_original?"

If it's an original character, the append needs to be the name of the creator. Not the necessarily the artist, just whoever made the character.

Candy was an actual character in the show. I think it was the newer one.

I did some google searching and the only reference I could find to a "Candy" in Inspector Gadget was to a male who only appeared in one episode, or something like that. Are you sure this Candy was part of the show at some point?

thank you, I guess it wasn't an original character after all

fair warning for anyone who follows the link; this show is fucking awful. This candy character is never referred to as anything else but Candy, but she does say "of Antarctica" in the opening scene.
She does use a tiny bit of subliminal mind control on gadget, but its effects seems selective.... on grown ups I guess?
