No idea who drew these but I saved them months back from a discord obsessed with large brained women. Sadly they didn't know the artist either. Probably gonna commission something similar one of these days anyway

As noted by jacen1, this is inspired by the episode "The Brain Machine" of the 70's Superfriends series. The villain Dr. Cranium zaps himself with said device and enlarges his own head, then uses it on Wonder Woman, who becomes his follower.
