Hello, my friends! I hope you are doing well. Here is the next page in the AU Crystal Castle series made by the great artist Wadevezecha

And now we take a look at Ataru through Twilight's eyes. Because even though she's in a human form, she still has her 'pony' instincts and right now, those instincts are showing Ataru as a hungry Wolf boy who is terrifying her. Little does she know that most women of Tomobiki feel the same way when meeting the young man but Twilight isn't as proficient in self-defense (I.E. pounding perverts into the ground) as many of the other beautiful women who enter Ataru's life. Of course, Ataru's happiness of flirting with a pretty girl is short-lived as the lovely Ani invader (and his wife by Oni law) Lum appears and she's not happy that her 'Darling' is again flirting with another pretty girl.

I really love how this page came out. Wolf Ataru looks so funny that it's hard to take him seriously but Twilight's fearful expression is also great to show just how terrified she is. After all, she's in a strange place with a strange boy and he's hitting on her, something she doesn't have experience, so her 'fight or flight' instincts are operating in overdrive for the flight response. And of course, having Lum show up with her yelling her distinctive Darling! Ataru's expression dropped instantly as the green-haired, tiger-striped bikini-wearing beauty not looking too pleased that her 'hubby' was again flirting with someone else.

If you haven't seen Urusei Yatsura, definitely check it out. Viz Media has been re-publishing the Manga and a new anime came out last year. Here is a look at the intro if you want to check out a small sampling. But if you like Ranma 1/2 or Inu-Yasha, your definitely going to enjoy this series as it was Rumiko Takahashi's first series ever published in 1978.
