This is from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the Gameboy Advance. Mario gets sick and needs medicine from a place nearby. Luigi hears how nasty the monsters there are and is too scared to go, until he runs into Psycho Kamek, who loves hypnotizing people.

After he hypnotizes Luigi, Psycho Kamek thinks "Wow! You might be the most easily hypnotized person I've ever worked with! Perhaps..." And trails off. My imagination can happily fill in the blank.

If you talk to Princess Peach after being hypnotized, she says "Wow! Luigi! Your face looks so much more...manly!" Sadly, that's all she says, but my imagination is also happy to continue that.

A toad has the dialogue "Mr. Luigi...Are you traveling alone? Huh? You aren't Luigi? You say you're Mario? Wa ha ha ha ha ha HAAA! Are you half-asleep or what?"

Luigi later gets woken up by a bolt of lightning and doesn't remember what he did while hypnotized.

If I had to guess, a capture card using the version of Superstar Saga that's now on Switch.
