It's a little hard to tell what's going on, so here's an explanation: The two characters are playing a level from the game Yoshi's Island, which has fuzzy creatures called (you guessed it!) fuzzies. When the player character Yoshi touches them, they make Yoshi very zonked out. That level is leaking out of the video game/TV into the real world, where the two players have gotten zonked by the fuzzies. You can also see three zonked Yoshis in the background.
