This is a series called "Dolls" involving a world where any and all women are subjected to becoming a sex doll if they have very bad things in life or such, sometimes it happens at random, even if you become one willing or unwillingly you're forced to become, sold and bought as a "doll".

Its actually revealed at the end of the series that it is not random. Anyone who speaks badly about the government in anyway gets targeted.

As dark as the concept is, Fan No Hitori has written far darker things. The whole of the exorcism club series has some brutal stuff.
