So, is just adding the tag enough or are we looking to remove the image?
I still don't quite get where the Hub stands on loli. There are loli images on the site and some of them are explicit in their own right.

Though it is fully clothed touching/not seeing it and Loli = bodytype.

On principle, I think under the current rules this shouldn't stay. I want to be wrong, but if that's the rules, then I believe they should be followed. The mods, to their credit, are being quite lax on the topic as is, and the tag definition describes loli/shota as "prepubescent", hence why characters with even a slight bust tend to get a pass. Overall I appreciate that since I've seen little to no moralizing from on high on the topic, it certainly helps sell that the rule change was due to external pressure alone.
Maybe it's just my knowledge of the IP tainting my view, but KeA is very much implied to be prepubescent in Zero/Azure, with other petite characters like Tio and Sully being noticeably taller than her. The clothes do make it hard to judge, but when even the aforementioned barely have anything going for them...
As for the rating: at least as I've understood it, overtly sexual acts are classified as explicit because of their nature, otherwise there's no real point to even mention them in the rating guidelines when it already covers visible genitalia. If masturbation or sex aren't explicit as long as we don't see the goods, I've some images I could reupload that I never once thought should stay after the rule change.
But maybe I'm wrong and this much is still acceptable on the Hub. Frankly, that'd be the best outcome, but I'm not known for my optimism.

As long as the character doesn't looks like a loli I think it can stay.
If it is still problematic the other way to stay is making the same than the Tita picture, just change the tranparent table for a normal one.
