One day Yuri and Thash found out about a new gym called the Mass Muscle that had recently opened up in their town. Despite having no interest in working-out, the two decided to check it out anyway.

The moment they entered they were greeted by a shiny Machamp who offered them free Power Bands. Despite declining the gracious offer, the very buff Fighting-Type put one each on their arms. Unlike the ones sold in stores, this particular brand had a very strong and overpowering hypnotic effect on the wearers minds.

Both Yuri and Thash felt the uncontrollable urge to pick the nearest gym equipment and work out. Over the course of five hours, and with help from the secondary effect of the Power Band, Yuri and Thash transformed from their weak, puny and inferior bodies into anthromorphic muscle Pokemon.

Now that their mind and body were altered to the liking of the Machamp owner, there were each given a tiny speedo to wear with the gym logo on them. Yuri and Thash were now proud members and property of the Mass Muscle gym.
