Kiseitai is such an odd choice, it doesn't have a steal effect (like most mc cards do). And it's super old and obscure, even for the whole "parasite" thing, you have fusion parasite and parasite paranoid.

(Also it's especially funny here as kisetai's effect would be awful against sky striker)
