After the ordeal it took for the Evoli Club to make their newest member, Delia Ketchum to make a "Ashley-Chu", it was no surprise that the switch from a male to female Pikachu and the fact the budget from Delia's purchase ran out, the mysterious club forgot to switch out the tails. The club however, offered to make a new tail plug if she returned another day.
That day came when Delia returned with her now fully loyal pet to pick up and pay for the discounted tail. So overjoyed the pet owner was that she switched out the tails right away,, forgetting to take off the pricetag as they walked now....
....almost like an artist did not miss that oversight of course, haha. ^^;
