Eroborne is one of those great artists who have no idea how compression works. I get anxiety thinking someone will upload them before I do and bloat the server 2 MBs of unused alpha layers at a time, so here you go.

Could be wrong, but maybe this is just a Pixiv problem? Downloaded both versions of this pic and the Pixiv png is much larger than the Twitter jpg

That's due to the different format. Jpg is a lossy image format. There is a drop in quality in exchange for that smaller size. Pixiv doesn't decide what the format is, the uploader does.
