Guess I'll mention it here. I remember talking about one of the dev of Gather Battle in no-longer-exist Discord server mention that all of the "gathering" part was just a theory since the IP Grabber was nothing but to share data of the game and share it on the fly due to dated engine (that's why the game had problem launching when loading the game without an internet first).
And as for the "scary screen" part, those are just anti-cheat measurement. Poorly made one at that as the game check for any tabs that has the word "cheat" on it, and thus unintentionally trigger it.

Although they can't speak English that well, it still pretty understandable of what happened. And unfortunately, the negative outweigh the truth of what's happening. I may be the only person who are openly mention about this, I think.
