You know, I don't know what relationship ancient Egypt has with MC, but the pictures that combine them are always nice. This is one of them.

well, they had a Nile siren in the 19th century
and obviously, the ancient Egyptians had powerful cults which might incline them to magical mind control

although, I wonder if it isn't more star-gate-y, what with the military uniform the one is wearing

Well, the ginormous-breasted Anubian figure on the far right is apparently slapping these hypno-mask-suit-things (with their own blinky, hypnotic eyes) on people, and then those suited, hypnotized figures are proceeding to hypnotize and slap those same masks on others (as depicted with the two figures on the far left). Tech control? Maybe.

That's my interpretation, anyway.
