I've decided to have some fun with audience participation by inviting suggestions for Jean's new personality as a harem member! I've written these two examples to be a jumping off point if you need one.

Kathy: Brains of the harem, and a trusted advisor to her Master. She has a deep need to feel that her Master is in control of everything, and will stop at nothing to keep it that way. If the harem dynamic was that of a school, she would be the teacher's pet.

Carmen: Carmen is what happens when an indomitable personality gets dominated through brainwashing. She sees herself as the fun one, and takes a more creative approach to obedience than her peers. Her independence makes her predisposed to concocting her own little schemes on behalf of her Master.

what if she starts to show her devotion to her master through art, paintings and sculptures of her goddess as seen through her eyes

maybe she'll find she has some talent for it

Jean: Carefree and sexually open harem member who thanks to her cliched bunny origin gets her happiness for giving others sexual pleasure. The term fuckbunny comes to mind! (Masters try to make it okay for her to be more or less just a sex slave.)
The next part is the result of half-baked but well-intentioned personality modeling.
Her focus on the pleasure of others has led Jean to think that anyone who doesn't engage in sexual activity is unhappy. A thought she can't bear, which is why she ALWAYS tries to turn EVERYONE on sexually. If she doesn't succeed, she will only try harder, which can affect others in their tasks. It can even lead to Jean resorting to mind control herself to ma
ke EVERYONE happy. This could become a danger to the harem or the greatest weapon against the rebellion!

So, here's my first thought. New Master would probably encourage some level of independence in Jean. But he definitely would also seek council from the others in the harem. So the question seems to be "What personality do Carmen and Kathy would want Jean to have to best serve Master?"
My first thought would be that both Carmen and Kathy are probably terrified of rebellion so would discourage any kind of personality trait that could lead to disobedience. So a countermeasure could be
"She really gets into the mechanics and function of Mind control to brainwash herself the best way she can." She could shed some interesting light on how brainwashing works, what its limitations are and functions it could have that have gone unused like expanding memory.
Other than those skills, she could become a sort of "programming purist". Follow the letter and intent of the command and go no step beyond.

Perhaps a sort of Mom-friend to the harem, obviously Master comes first, but someone who looks after the others as a big sister or something, she did take the initiative to protect the harem by messing with the brainwashing booth during the rebellion after all. Her being the only one to do something like that implies a sort of protective/caring personality underneath everything. So leaning into that could also take some pressure off of Master to make sure everyone is well taken care of

Jean: The gym bunny of the harem, and in more ways than one. She enjoys exercise and healthy eating which is made much easier with brainwashing to motivate her and make even bland healthy food taste great. She also takes it upon herself to make sure the harem stays fit to better please Master, and that Master stays in shape. While Kathy help Master in his mental role of harem-master, Jean wants to help Master keep a strong body, fitting of his role. Outside of her fitness passion shes curious and likes to explore and see new things, so she often brings up ideas for the harem and Master to go traveling to see new places. Shes loyal and loving towards Master and like her fellow harem members but want to expand their horizons beyond just having sex in the compound.

I like hypnoslave1095 and hypnofan100 suggestion best, it's reflect her action in thwarting Becca showing a concern for her harem sisters and I imagine her protective instinct kicking into overdrive with the master

Hence her also learning measure for brainwashing, both to prevent tampering from potential threats to her harem sisters/naster but finding new ways to convert future sisters if the master deems it necessary.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, this has been very fun. Not all of these ideas go together unfortunately, but that was inevitable with a completely open prompt like that. The following is my attempt to combine as many as I can into a cohesive whole. I will probably make this into a character profile, like I did for some other prominent harem members in the past.

Jean: Jean is an 'everyone's friend' type, but also a stickler for the rules. She'd police her fellow harem members' performance in the same joyful tone of voice she'd use to cheer them on. Nothing makes her mad, but nothing is safe from her feedback either. The sort of person who might buy a welcome mat that says 'Positive vibes only!' Despite first impressions, Jean is never intentionally insincere or passive-aggressive. At the core of her is a rich and all-consuming love for her Master which motivates her every action, and is her well of inspiration for the abstract art hobby which she has retained from her old life. Jean strives to flawlessly conform to her programming, takes great pride in being just as submissive to authority as she is submissive sexually.

@hypnoslave1095 This is a good suggestion, but it's not incorporated into here because it's actually fairly close to what I already have in mind for Tammy (the white bunny-woman) instead. So you will be seeing something like that, just not with this character.
